Ensol Energy (P) Ltd is Engineering based organization and has number of experienced consultants & engineers with them.
Apart from providing general consultancy services to sugar industry Ensol Energy Pvt. Ltd undertakes projects formulation, detailed basic engineering work, monitoring of projects, supervision of fabrication and erection work, manning the commissioning of plant and machinery, third party inspection, formulation of quality assurance systems, assistance in achieving required performance and trouble shooting. Ensol Energy has a team of dedicated engineers, draughtsman, technicians etc. and have to their credit many design jobs in sugar and other fields.
EPC WITH NEW MACHINES
Company takes up Greenfield projects for power plant on EPC (Engineering, procurement and construction) basis. Company is having official tie ups with well renowned Turbine, Boiler, Cooling Tower and DM/RO Plant manufactures in the country and abroad. The Engineering is done in house and the major plant and machineries are procured from the associates (OEM), the balance of plant is done in house. Company is having a full fledged team of engineers for the project management and execution. The erection and commissioning and performance trial is taken up by the Company and is also responsible for the after sales and warranty support.
Company is having a team of engineers from all facets of power engineering like mechanical, electrical, Instrumentation in the various fields like design, Project, execution and operation.
EPC WITH USED MACHINES
Company is pioneer in the field of EPC of power plants with used machineries. We are the first and only company offering customers’ entire power plant with used / unused machineries. The used machineries are selected after engineering and they go through all quality tests and are overhauled & reconditioned & retrofitted (if required) to meet with specific requirement of client. We provide Warrantee on such projects like new projects and also offer similar after sales services and spares.
RECONDITON AND OVERHAUL
Company provides services like reconditioning and major overhauling of equipments like Turbines, Boilers of all the makes and can provide spares off the self for some OEMs. The overhauling is done by well experienced engineers / experts of various fields and well trained technicians.
REFURBISHMENT
Company is having a dedicated refurbishment and re-engineering cell comprising of group of experienced engineers from different OEM companies. First the machines are dismantled at company works and then all the detailed drawings are made for various parts and the damaged and partially damaged
parts are replaced with new ones after detailed engineering, material analysis and heat treatment. Company also provides engineering back up as well as execution of retrofitting jobs to enhance power of Turbine, Steam flow of Boiler, increase capacity of D. M. plants etc.
OPERATION & MAINTENANCE
Company takes up Power Plants of various sizes from 5 M.W. to 100 M.W. for operation & maintenance. These contracts are taken only for man power and technical support basis and also taken up on man power as well as consumable supply basis. Company maintains a full fledged team of engineers from various departments as a back up support in the corporate
office to meet with the emergencies at site. Company also have experts on critical jobs like attending problems related to Governors, vibration analyzer, Generators, B.F.D Pumps, D.C.S. etc. Company also gives support for better fuel efficiency, to minimize chemical consumption to operate plant on adverse situations like high moisture, high sulphur fuels to reduce L.O.I. for the Boiler, to reduce Steam per M.W. etc.
Company is having a set of experts who also helps the maintenance team to commission the plant and hand over the same to them in best condition and this type of services are offered within the package of operation and maintenance.
GOVERNING SOLUTIONS
Company provides consultancy services as well as execution of retrofitting old design Turbines with Hydro mechanical Governor to Electronic Governor after all mechanical inter facing and selection of equipment. Company also provides operational philosophy for Power plants having more than one unit and for different type of duties
Company is having official tie-up with manufacturers of electronic, Hydro mechanical Governors, Electric Actuators and Hydro Electric Actuators. Company is having fleet of Engineers trained abroad on this specialized subject.
CONDITION MONITORING
Company also under takes jobs like condition monitoring of Rotary equipments and provides solutions. Company is having experts for insitu balancing and also do have dynamic balance facility at their works.
MODERNASATION
Company is involved in modernization of power plant. Clients are offered automation by Engineering and supply of PLC / DCS, various controls for Boiler and Turbine, Company is having official tie-up with hardware suppliers who are the leaders both nationally and internationally. The system engineering, installation, commissioning and software development as per specific requirement of the client is done in house.
SUPPLY, ERECTION & COMMISSIONING OF TURBIRES AND BOILERS
Company provides services for erection, commissioning of all power plants equipments and also participates in the performance trial of individual equipment and the entire plant as well. Company is having adequate man power, tools and tackles for simultaneously taking up erection & commissioning four power plants at a time of rating 5 to 500 M.W.
