Refurbishment, up gradation, modification & overhauling of old Steam Turbines & Boilers. The designing of multi radius rotor blades for reducing the specific steam consumption of the turbine and converting low pressure turbine to high pressure and getting the desired back pressure with Bleed (non controlled) & Extraction (Controlled) to meet the different requirement of process Steam for increasing the efficiency of the condensing turbines.

ENSOLENERGY Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in May 2002, to assist the Power Generation Utilities in the country to include their Performance and Efficiency.
The company took initiatives in development of critical components for imported Turbine like Moving Blades, Packing Rings, Bearings, Valve stems, Seats etc., as the cost of such imported parts were exorbitantly high and Utilities were not able to undertake comprehensive maintenance. EM Services developed these components and supplied to utilities at substantially lower to OEM Cost thereby utilities where able to undertake comprehensive maintenance improving the performance and efficiency of Power Generating Units.

The Company has strong Reverse Engineering capabilities to undertake RLA Studies. And has already Manufactured Critical Turbine Components including 22” Long Twisted Profile Turbine Buckets.
The Company undertakes RLA Studies including Borosinic Inspection of Rotor Bores and Electrical Testing.
The Company undertakes all kinds of repairs like Machining including Re-winding works, etc.
